this in Photoshop and adjusted the contrast. Used a nearly opaque 89b

filter on a very bright day with lots of clouds. Thanks.

I love the POW (point of view) that you have choosen for this frame. The broken dock (assuming) mimics the roadway of the bridge. The pier poles mimic the bridge struture.

 

The clouds in the background could use a bit more seperation in values from the mountains though.

Very beautiful and dynamic. I would prefer to have seen the camera tilted up a little more in order to get more of the sky and bridge, but very nice as is, and thoroughly impressive for something shot with a mid-range digital point and shoot.
