Bobby, Bleak Weather

Shot as digital infrared (89b red filter, nearly opaque), with very cheap wide angle lens held over the top of the filter, giving the vignette effect. Toned and contrast controlled in Photoshop, then some grain and glow added to mimic infrared film. Bleak day--rain started again about 30 seconds after this was taken.

Without a purpose? Does everything have to have an obvious goal or meaning? I like it because it looks cool...that's reason enough to have it on this site.
