I like the visual tension in this image. The face/eyes and smile draw the viewer's eye, then the dark sweater draws the viewer's eye away, but it goes back to the smile. Kudos to you both.

okay I didn't recall that wall...I think you have lots of photos taken in a living room or other rooms, and this was a little bit different to those.
