Your exposure and tonality is excellent!  The fact that one participant is dressed in mostly red makes a good contrast with the color of the water, gives a feeling of contrast between humans and the elements.  The dark clouds suggest a windy day and everything suggests motion.  My only criticism is that you have taken the sailboat, the dynamic obviously moving object, and placed it close to center, the most non-dynamic part of the rectangle.

I understand what you're suggesting, but in this case and my point of view, this is actually a portrait of a sailboat.  So, my intention was not to show the dinamisam but rather the "soul" of a boat and an idea behind it - in my part of the world we think the boats (especially the wooden ones) as a human being (women) and we love and caress them...
