stp 6 Posted January 19, 2012 You have great clouds, and I'm intrigued by that round structure at the base of the tree (what is it?). My only nit is the clouds (on my monitor at least) have almost a very light greenish cast, and they just aren't as bright of a white that I would expect. Perhaps this is due to the steps you took to balance the very bright light in the sky with that on the ground where the golds come through very nicely. I'm just not sure, but the overall composition is great. Link to comment
rekaras 0 Posted January 19, 2012 Thanks for the comment. I believe the instrument is a hayrake that you were curious about. the clouds were there late in the day a had that yellowish cast because of the light. If I tried to compensate the sky took an too bluish a tint so I left the warmer. Thanks again, take care, rek. Link to comment
stp 6 Posted January 20, 2012 Richard, my fault for not making allowance for changing light conditions, especially toward the end of the day. Nature is anything but static. Link to comment
