I don't know how strong hair light should be.  This hair light seems to be very strong; it's seen on a wide margin on the left, and also to the left of her neck (from the viewer's point of view).  Bright spots naturally attract the viewer's eyes, and I wonder if you want that much competition for attention regarding her face.  I don't know -- just raising the question.
