The Blue Latan palm has a distinctive blue color cast which I find

visually appealing. This is one frond viewed at just the right angle

to show and shaded and sunlit side. The Pixel Bender filter smoothed

out a lot of "pimples" which took away from the flow. I found this

lighting very attractive.
