I had just met a friend/experienced photographer and relative to talk

photography over a cuppa but kept getting distracted by the couple at

the next table and their hijinks, shown above. Your ratings, critiques

and observations are invited and most welcome. If you rate harshly,

very critically or wish to make a remark, please submit a helpful and

constructive comment; please share your photographic knowledge to

help improve my photography. Thanks! Enjoy! John

This is just a fun photo of fun people, taken while with good company -- all in all a good time.  My fellow photographer spent a long time with lens pointed too (I just brought mine up for each shot) but my friend is very unobtrusive; there may be more photos of this couple showing up here elsewhere on Photo.net.

Thanks for the comment.

Lovely, concise comment.

I'm sure you actually meant 'three eyes triangulating' (not three pairs).

I had been wary of soft focus as my lens I think was a bit smudgy, but it worked out well, although I had been afraid to post for fear it would invoke a negative reaction, and even told my fellow PNer who urged me to post, that was why I hadn't posted a photo from the many I took at our meeting early last December.

All's well that ends well.

I love your idea about 'triangulation' -- it hadn't occurred to me, at least in words, and your words bring clarity.

Thanks so much for your comment.
