Leaves&frost

December without snow just frost and autumn colors,large view if you want.

Opinions will be appreciated.

Excellent take with good lighting on those rich colored leaves overwelmed by the morning frost.More of a November scene but a good photo opportunity with positive results.Bravo!

!!!It would be correct if those one who  rated this with 2 or3 to say why,from so many years here on PN there are such of members with no photos in there portfolio with average rate 3 or less,even if I don't care about them this kind of attitude leaved a bad taste.

A wonderful and beautiful scene. The light and colors are warm and the frost makes a very good contrast. I am sorry to hear that you got 2 or 3 ratings on this and this image does not deserve that.

Even though the image is very beautiful,  the out-of-focus foreground attracts my eye. I was thinking of a crop but I think darkening it with post processing is a better idea. When you were capturing it, you could have employed 3 or 4 shots with different focusing so that you can do focus stacking later on.

Even though I mentioned this 'possibility' I still think it is a wonderful image 'as is".

Tony,is true what you say and I observe this from the beginning,I think darkening is an idea and next time I must be more carefully with focus or as you say to do few shots with same subject in different conditions.I am glad to here from you and get advises,all my best in 2012.
