Bernie Likes His Sleep Number

Dogs share our lives. Bernie shares our bed as well. I lucked out in

getting Bernie to stay still while I grabbed my point and shoot to take

advantage of the wonderful light filtering through the window. The image

was taken without flash. Your comments are most welcome to both

comment on the image and to share our love of dogs.

Hope he does not snore or howl during the time when you would prefer silence. Nice shot.

Thanks for your clever response.  No, Bernie is a quiet sleeper.  He's most respectful and  does not sleep on our pillows when we are in bed.  I appreciate your looking at my images.  Best to you for the New Year.   Larry

Everytime I see Bernie ot brings back memories of my Lacy and I miss her more.  I have been going through some old folders and found images of her as we went places together and remember what a great friend she was I still have Cooper and he is a blessing and I chherish his companionship. He is a lot differrent personality than my Girlie.  Thank you for you latest comment and I bet you'll come home with some terrific images.  Remember to get up very early and go out late.  Take good care and enjoy, rek.

Mike,   Thanks for looking at Bernie.  Sadly, Bernie died last March while we were on a trip in New Zealand.  Fortunately, our daughter was taking care of him, so he got great care.   He was a wonderful friend.  We now have another rescue border collie, Barclay.  I will post him when I get a good image.  Thanks, Mike.
