Nice portrait of this beautiful young lady.  I like the light and the dark background, but the specular highlight on her forehead is a bit hot for my taste, i would consider toning it down in post processing. Nicely done. Regards - michel

I would agree with Micheal. I think it is a wonderful portrait (which is always the reason why we ever bother taking a closer look) but the light on the forehead is a bit too heavy and it becomes a distracting spot. The other comment I would like to make is that, with the very serious and perhaps even slightly tense expression on her face, it would have been nice to have some more black space on the left, moving back from the person a little and and placing the face in the middle, creating an atmosphere that is more in line with the expression. There seems to be no real reason here to have her pressed against the left side of the photo.

I like the overall simplicity of this image.  The model, the dress.  Her expression is priceless. 

Lovely model and her expression is spot on. The light looks lovely, my only nitpick is that I would have tried the same light but "inverted" her and the light to avoid to have the highlight on the hair side because it give you a shadow right trough her eye on the "bright" side.

Over all it a great shoot.
