hstelljes 41 Posted December 31, 2011 Hi Alberto, First let me say I like this image and the use of the film frame. It gives me the feeling you snatched this frame off the cinematic reel. Very effective. More importantly I wish you and your family a healthy and Happy New Year. Take care my friend.Holger Link to comment
lynnemass 10 Posted January 1, 2012 Alberto- A wonderful shot of this little boy. I like the way you framed it. I also like the angled banister he leans on. I am a bit distracted by the white object seeming to emerge from his hat(someone's leg?). Moving yourself to a different angle might have improved on this, although in street photography, sometimes you just have to grab what you can. Happy New Year. -Lynne Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted January 3, 2012 Very effective presentation of this lovely image of this handsome young lad! A fine candide capture and most fitting in black and white. I also like the old stone walkway that is in the background, very effective. (have to say his outfit is so cute-looks dressed in his Sunday (or Christmas) best!Hope you enjoyed your New Year, look forward to your smiling face many more times in 2012.Kindest regards, Gail Link to comment

3m 0 Posted January 22, 2012 Hi Alberto, I love the wistful expression you captured of the little boy. The B&W was a very good choice for this. However, I'm one who thinks that the framing doesn't add much to your capture (and even detracts from the mood, imo...) I would love to see this 'simple', without a frame and perhaps even cut to square, to fully appreciate the moment captured (& eliminate the distraction beyond)... But these are my personal thoughts of course, Alberto:-) Best wishes to you and yours for a great 2012. Best, Marjolein Link to comment
