It's created with Photoshop and with many images I have in stock, since years photographed.

I try to bring them together in a intelligent way for creating a concept...

mostly, I add a structure layer to make it more painterly, on this layer I use a large soft brush, at low pressure, to ad some colors. The experience I had with traditional "airbrush", I do it no in Photoshop
