I like the lines you have here and the colours work well. I do find that the bench it very dominating and tends to block my eye going into the image. Not sure exactly how to improve it but an angle from the right may have worked better or from further back.

I find the bench to be the main element of the photo; it sits there "surveying" the scene.  Even if it were gone, there are still two rows of fences blocking one's visual access to the rest of the scene.  

There seems to be some odd color in the sky, particularly near the top edge, but that could also be perfectly natural as well -- hard to tell sometimes in this digital age.
