Beautiful morning or evening light, nice and soft. The bird has a sharp eye and nice detail in the feathers.

 

The only question that I would have is whether or not the image was cropped. If so, I'd like to see the subject placed to the right looking into the empty space, rather than to the left looking out of the photo. Sometimes, however, we have to grab the shot that we can get and we don't always get the best or most interesting composition.
