This picture happened to come up on the sidebar as I was viewing one of your latest shots. It really is an excellent and intriguing photograph. Leaving aside any sociological/psychological interpretations or comparisons to Ozymandius, just as a photograph, as composition of forms and tones, it has considerable power.
