I don't quite know what to make of this, Lukas. Technically, the shot is very well done. The lighting is quite good. However, it is very busy. Other than the nude model with the doll, it's hard to tell what the concept is. If not for the title you gave it, I would be very confused about the subject.

There is a wonderful sense of the surreal here, Lukas. I suspect the woman with the baby doll is pregnant and that this is representative of her concerns about the future birth and motherhood. I think the effect might have been stronger had she been a month or two further along but I like the execution of the concept.

Personally, I like images that handle a busy scene well, and that may offer different interpretations to different viewers. The main thing is... does the image provoke study by the viewer? This one does! Good job IMHO.
