This one had a little surprise as from the thumbnail I was sure the foreground article was going to be a rock! The fact that its a clump of grass makes it very different and adds a totally different texture and mood to the image. As previously mentioned above, the shutter speed for the water is spot on! and I like the fact that there are boats near the horizon to give a distant fcal point. Now I'm just curious as to how the grass got there, is it a particualrly high tide? or maybe its just the top of a rock where the grass has found a home?  Either way a different and orginal take on a familiar scene.

The foreground object actually is a dead coconut tree with just the roots shown after decay. Thank you for your interest and your comments.
