Cooking street food in Vienna

Came upon this stall with a huge queue of people waiting for this

powerful garlic laced food. The heat was intense as was the smell. I

would appreciate your views. Best wishes William

As a frequent user of film (still) I sometimes like a little grain but being this is digal, what is the grain source?

I wanted to give a heavy corse grain effect so I played around in PS5 it is a combination of several filters and sharpening. Many thanks William.

I too sometimes have added grain to digital in that way.
