Iraqi Private Sectors Power Plans

There is no place in the world that an electric post have some

thousand cable hanged on it but this one ,and may be some other

thousands posts like this in my city,and here is a little explanations

about it.

Iraqi's powers infrastructures have been damaged after the first Gulf

war,and further destructed after the second one.it is the private

sectors minds that invented the idea of putting some big power

generator in every living quarter and supply the power through cables

to houses for a fee that is ten times greater than the governmental

fee of power,the authorities accepted that ,it was unable to provide

the power .

The result is this view ,one cable belonging to the government ,and

thousands belongs to the private sectors.
