Oriental Honey-buzzard ssp. orientalis (adult female)
Note: the identification of this raptor has been problematic for different people. We now think, as per the suggestion of Annika Forsten, that this individual is missing Primary 8 (P8) on both wings (feathers are moulted symmetrically on wings). So with that in mind, folks including Bill Clark and Dick Forsmann believe this to be an Oriental Honey-buzzard and NOT a Crested Honey-buzzard and NOT a Western Honey-buzzard...
