Interesting photo, when I saw the thumbnail I needed to watch it better. This is obviously a crop, altering the usual 2:3 frame ratio.

In this specific case the frame looks a bit "full".

I am not suggesting particular post-processing, my ideas always concern the initial composition.

The crop should be tighter, from a much closer viewpoint, presenting less of the pier and eliminating the rocks on the left! And showing "more sea".
