This is a super shot.  A well seen and captured image.  I love the sun beams raking across the picture.

Beautiful pastle colors of a morning and a nice DOF. Can feel the the cool morning in the image with the farmers getting ready to plough.

You have here a very stunning shot of bucolic morning bliss.  You can sense the dewdrops and the early warning of a hot and dry day to come.  In compostion and balance though, there is a shaft coming to the left from the foreground tree that is bereft of any morning glow and the oxen and farmers are nearly centered in the frame.  In a certain way, there seems to be a bit of a loss of balance because of these factors.  The overall glory of the shot more than makes up for this, but their effcts are noticeable.  Perhaps a shot taken from over to the left of your current position might have been a better way to go.  The tree and out-of-place hillock could have been excised completely and the oxen team could have been nicely positioned off to the right of center drawing the attention that this picture deserves.

This is all IMO and my suggestions probably would have led to a photo completely different from what you currently have.  I have travelled extensively in Africa and have always enjoyed these times in the morning when the world i stirring to life, unoppressed by the sweltering heat that shows up quickly enough.  You have captured that essence very well.
