I backed off on the polarizer to maintain the reflected light in the river during my travels up the Narrows. This section is often photographed, but I haven't seen many images with the back wall in them. There was such a nice glow I thought this would make a beautiful and expansive view. A single image was processed for shadow and highlights.1 sec., ISO 200, f16.

Hopefully a new take on a well photogrpahed section of ZIon's

narrows. High water levels made this section difficult to photogrpah

in, but the lighting made it irresistable!

Hello Harry, Wonderful image, I realize that you need to protect the bright area in the upper right but on my monitor it could be a little brighter. Maybe just opening up the shadows a little.
