Timo Hartikainen 548 Posted December 2, 2011 Very nice. If this was mine, I would crop from the bottom, to remove some of those ice blocks, as there is some movement visible due to the long exposure. Link to comment

bobby_ho 0 Posted December 4, 2011 Very nice! There are lots of information in this photo and they are well structured and organized. The log or stone at the right corner is a little bit distracted but it doesn't affect the overall quality of the image. Link to comment

erikadams 0 Posted December 8, 2011 Well, you've outdone yourself with this one. Jaw dropping, I'd say. Star trails are always dramatic, but the majesty of the mountain and the texture of the trees really make this one a success. I don't mind the blurred ice in the foreground, as my eye is continually drawn upwards. Link to comment
brendan_hohls 0 Posted May 1, 2012 You have created one of the loveliest star trail images that I have seen in a long while. It is almost monochromatic and appears painterly. I actually like the moving ice in the foreground, but it may benefit fromm having the foreground rocks cropped out. The warmer tones here do draw the eye because they are so different to the rest of the scene. Link to comment
