I require some part of a face in the portrait category in order to make a judgment. Good color and exposure of the scene.

I understand and appreciate your obsevation.It is sometimes difficult to find the proper category to post this type of photo,but I guess it would have been more appropriately sent to the "Street" category since as you point out there is no face visible for appreciation as a portrait.I will keep in mind for future submittals.Thank you kindly for viewing and taking the time to comment.
