Piskat Zeev is a community in Jerusalem with a population of >50,000 -

predominately Jewish - but over the "green line" and therefore

considered by the UN and EU to be an illegal "Settlement". Half million

Israelis live in disputed areas beyond the "green line" in communities

such as this -some of which are larger than Pisgat Zeev.
