You can really be proud on this photo! I like good snapshots from people, and this is one. And I think that it is more difficult to get a good snapshot than to photograph landscapes, plants or still lifes! I wish you more good snapshots!

Can't see anything here to improve. Exposure, focus and framing are all fine and the subject is altogether wonderful!

Very nice, humoristic picture. She doesn't look shy though, she looks happy.

I think the brightness of such a picture can be improved, by having more light on more interesting parts and less light on less interesting parts, but overall the framing and expression are great, and these are things much harder to achieve than the technical part (some good fill in flash maybe for example?).

You're off to a good start... ;-)

You must really have a way with people. Just looking at your portfolio I have never seen so many smiling faces. To many times photographers consentrate on the negitive side of life in the East, you have captured the vitality and happiness of a beutifull people. You have little to learn and a lot to teach, keep up the great work. Cheers Chris

Marina, i like the big piece of orange head-clothe surrounding this eye - well posed. I also like to get rid of the white space .. so pardon me to include a tighter crop in this already nicely taken image :)
