What an excellent image James! Whatever the heck those hands are, this is just a perfectly composed image. I definitely like your sense of the comic. I also find very appealing the sharp contrast of the white arms stretched out toward the dark figure of the person. It's got some cool connotations transposing the stereotypical moral sense of white and black as themes of purity and menace. Read much Melville? :) Excellent work James.

Didn't add any smoke or blur. Just a straight shot of my girl at the Getty Museum in L.A. being "attacked" by some goofy art exhibit that walked around all day scaring people. The photo was printed from original TriX neg on silver paper, and scanned on a flatbed. That's it.

to me it is okay if someone rates low--she or he should leave an comment..WHY she hethinks that a certain picture sucks.actually this is whatwill make me learn something..nobody writes anything...not much constructive critism..just a few do so..actually i know that very well..because i am a newbie..so no1 tells me what i can improve at my images..i cannot tell any1 anything, i wish i could..buti just know very little about taking photos.
