I see the purple-blue stroke first. I would make the stroke much thinner and a different color so as to be more felt than seen--as is I find it distracting. The lowered chin and serious expression relaxes her cheek muscles and makes her eyes huge as she looks up into the camera---a desirable posing technique in my opinion. I don't understand the meaning of the hair teased across her face as it looks messy. Her left arm is brighter than her face and needs to be toned down a lot. I hope this helps. Good luck.
