Jim_Dockery_Photos 2 Posted November 12, 2011 On a cold November hike in the central Cascades I found ice forming on Lake 22. Instead of taking pictures of the last leaves as I'd planned I found myself walking the shore focusing on the patterns of light playing on the forming ice. Link to comment
Larry_G1664882113 15 Posted November 12, 2011 Jim, How interesting and artistic. Well done in B&W too. You have an excellent eye for minimalist detail. I like this. Regards. Larry Link to comment
stp 6 Posted November 12, 2011 Nice semi-abstract; one can't easily determine the scale, and I find that interesting. Link to comment
harrylichtman 0 Posted November 13, 2011 Love this abstract. The feathering ice makes a perfect B&W impression. Looks a little too bright overall to me, though it could just be my monitor compared to yours. A darker version might bring out more detal in the brightest tones. A fine find. Link to comment
