Thanks Dominick! Mr Mike Palermiti gets some credit for this shot since I would never shoot at wide open f-stop with my 1.4x TC if I can help it. Well, his persistent comment convinced me to try and I am glad I did. I don't think it works for all shot but for a lot of shot it works well  - shooting wide open!

I saw this image in the front page ribbon.  I love it.  I hear so often about how you need to have the wings sharp edge to edge, but I really like the movement your image expresses.  The eye is nice and sharp and the color harmony is lovely.  Good feather detail around the face as well.  Congrats.
