A traditional blacksmith in his workshop in a suburb of Athens.

The strange light from the electric welding creates a magical

atmosphere in his workshop.

I see he finally decided to use safety equipment. Maybe, after he became famous, his boss got scared the picture would expose them to lawsuits for not caring about worker safety. Se how we lawyers see the world? LOL!

Hello Karolos, It is indeed a magical shot. I like the light, just enough to see whats happening. The glow from the welding and the blue smoke are also highlights for me. An excellent image.

Superb definition and exposure in what must have been a challenging environment with extremes of light.  I love the way you have captured the gases fropm the welding as well as the sparks, beautifully done! I remember the one with the grinder too, that was another great classic!
