The green is essential for me in this image which I would have rated a 6. beautiful directional light and colors.

Great colors and light.  I also like the green and the tree trunks in the background.  I think the centered trunk works well, especially with the canopy spanning the frame, as it really puts the viewer's attention on the tree.  Try scrolling the photo up on your screen so that the upper portion of the trunk is removed and see what you think of the result.

Thanks for your comment on scrolling to crop the upper trunk. I like it better than the original though I wanted to keep the original shot as it was. I don't know why I didn't think of the crop myself.  Good idea, rek.
