a strong composition! i like it

without the pigeon, it would be a strong near-mathematical-looking photo, and a strong composition on its own.

But the pigeon really is the icing on the cake here. Great detail.

It is very strong geometric illusion!
It even seems that there are two facades that intersect.
We take time to "get rid" of this illusion.

The pigeon is essential in this game.

It forces us to look beyond it to decipher it..
It is the only readily identifiable element is placed in the right place at the apex of the symmetrical "V".
It is the only life, the rest is cold. The B & W is certainly an appropriate option.
