Fabulous Distortions!

The distortion seems really too extreme for my taste, and comes across as gimmicky, ask yourself would this image be at all as strong if you used a more moderate lens? Lens selection should emphasize the subject, not be the subject.

The hand extending down to the lower left is interesting; some might say leading outward, but in this case I think that would be a formulaic answer. Her curves, however, are exaggerated in the buttocks/waist she looks almost alien to me. 

Makeup and hair, a tad bit too 1987. Exposure is good, but lighting kind of drab, though I understand the style you're going for and is fitting.
