Thanks for viewing/comments! He's so young he's not skittish (too

much) and that's how I got shot like this. :-) Once a bird is imprinted at

an early time with human .. they tend to think that human is the same

specie as they are and tend not to be skittish is what I've read.

I think its more simple.  Kids are dumb and don't have enough experience to recognize danger.  Give him a few months and he won't be so accomodating.  Most of the closest shots I've gotten are from dumb kid birds.  In any event, its a nice shot with good detail.
