It is an open concert  in the north of the country (Yechiam castle)cold but colorful music of the Baroque era( double...) played by the  wonderful  Barrocade ensemble.

Thanks for viewing.

What I wouldn't give to play in a band. :-)

Love the blue light, something about it just pulls me in. Recall watching Radiohead perform a song called "House of Cards" under a blue light like this one and I was completely transfixed. The hypnotic allure of the song along with the blue lighting was mesmerizing. Don't you just love live music? Thanks for reminding me of that moment. Wonderful photograph! Hope all is well.

P.S. The queen says hi! ;-)

Thanks for the queen's hi...Glad to see you back from the "palace"...;-)) !!I hope you stay.

Thanks as well for your very  nice comment and memories.I like this one as well because of the connection of music and lights.I wish you could  be in that unusual  castle in the western Galilee and hear the beautiful  concert that was great. Well at least you see the lights...;-))..,

Great pic, Pnina, good light and contrast.  Mari

Great perspective, looking through the translucent surface of the tambourine.  The subtle, dark tones and shadows are impressive, and I like the hint of red in the subject's hair.

My best,

michael

Nice in spite of the difficult lighting. The detail I like most (of course the composition is in place) is the double shadow of the hand on the translucent tambourine.

I  thought some days ago where on the globus you are now...;-)) and here you are! thanks, and yes the tambourin was the details that I liked in this one aside from the colors of light that were unusual.
