Nice shot Gregory.  The focus is spot on.   These birds are so wary I'm amazed you were able to get that close.

Dominick: yes, these guys are hard to catch, particularly in a good light and close enough to get some decent exposure even with the 100-400.

I love the lighting, color  and limited depth of field in this image.  Looks like it could be in my neck of the woods. To offer constructive critique, consider placing your subject a bit more off-center next time.
