I like the image a lot. I think you can do a lot with this location. I'm not expert but here are a  couple of thoughts: the horizon doesn't look level to my eye. Perhaps use the straighten tool in CS5? Also, I might have preferred a little less sky unless you wanted to put the horizon in the center of the frame?

Beautiful! The colors are stunning. Personally, I like the amount of sky you included in teh shot because the pink fades so beautifully upwards. 

We have a lake nearby here where there are submerged trees like this; unfortunately, the drought dried up so much of the lake that we won't be able to get any shots like this in the near future...

I see you are also located in the DFW area...This was taken at lake Ray Roberts outside of Pilot Point.
