I like the composition and how she is lighted, especially with her looking towards that light source. The cape is a nice touch. I also like the contrast of her skin and the brick.

Yes, Mark expresses it well, the light source is definitely a plus, adding  touch of mystery, as does the model's look of anticipation a,d outstretched hand. An interesting image,bravo.
