This broad expanse of thousands of ripples caught my eye. I cropped it

just enough to show the ridge. The lack of context or reference points

pushes this in the direction of a semi-abstract, IMO. Your comments and

suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

A beautiful reminder of the fractal nature of the universe. On first viewing I could see this as a microscopic view of an organic structure such as the quill of a feather.

I like the boldness of the upper ridge and the way it plays off of the subtle undulations of the lower section. A unique and most effective image.
