This is beautiful landscape dear Linda, superbly been exposed and remarkably detailed, the colors of the sky specially is like magic here and so vivid, thats a great add to this amazing capture and your composition is so well thought off also.

A beautiful, rich, sunset, superbly captured Linda! Love the deep oranges in those clouds! Nice work.

All the best,

The textures in the clouds are quite similar to the brush, but delightfully colored.  I like the lonely hill in the background.

Another beautiful image, Linda.

The light on the brush (sage?) in the foreground is wonderful against the fiery sky.

This is great Linda. It seems that you expertly used fill in flash to lighten up the foreground bushes . . . well executed. The dramatic sky is in my opinion the subject of this landscape. Beautiful colours with light and dark tones so well kept under control. Composition is also well thought of, bringing the horizon on the lower thirds of the image. My compliments for this work!!

It is good to hear your thoughts. I appreciate you taking the time to comment.

Having grown up in a cold, smoggy, grey city, I am in awe of the magnificent scenery I see in my chosen home every day. In a world filled with ugliness, hatred, violence, injustice, war and natural disasters, I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Gail, don't feel bad, I do this all the time when I am looking at photos late at night. I will make a comment, then forget to confirm it. It's nice to hear from you.

Thanks everyone!

Linda
