Pierre Dumas 258 Posted October 5, 2011 My favorite old limousines motif and wonderful tones and mood created with the sky and the lighting on the car which seems like sunset on a gray day! Well done indeed!Best regards Chuck!PDE Link to comment
color 3 Posted October 5, 2011 Thanks Pierre. You were close. The sky was mostly cloudy and the sun to my back and it was near sunset. I went there hoping for sunny sky, but the closer I got the cloudier it got, but it worked out OK anyway. BTW, this is another HDR shot. Link to comment

color 3 Posted October 5, 2011 Both! It's not my car, but it is for sale. It was put out near the road and there's a "for sale" sign behind the windshield. Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted October 7, 2011 Well done again Chuck! The dark moody sky and the excellent range of tones in the car (highlighted by that beautiful chrome!) makes for another impressive view of this fantastic 'classic'.Wouldn't it be nice if we all could become just the same, as we get older, 'classics'!!! With all our 'rust and dents'....and we even have to add a bit of 'bling' to jazz things up too! Unfortunately not so,Very nice editing once again Chuck, inspiring, take care, Gail Link to comment
color 3 Posted October 7, 2011 Thanks.Even though the car is getting old, the design is still beautiful. I don't remember looking one of these over before. It is a very handsome machine. As for us, well getting older is the same thing as being alive, so we shouldn't mind too much. Link to comment
BelaMolnar 2 Posted January 12, 2013 Yes, it is a "Special", or it was on that time, and looking back to the past. Nice composition and a very good B&W photograph. Link to comment
