Hi Grayham,

Technically well shot. The colors and sharpness is well developed.

This is the first time I have seen an image of the Galah, a beautiful bird.

It appears as if there is a peanut falling away from his beak. So now, you have a very good action shot as well, my friend.

Best Regards,  Mike

.......... as with all countries, there are some amazing birds specific to them, and the Galah is one of ours. Pretty, yes..... noisy, yes....  prolific, yes..... troublesome, a flock of these guys recently brought down a 747 aircraft having been sucked into the engines during take-off from Perth Int. Airport. Sad but true.

Thanks for your lovely comments and your time to visit....... always appreciated.

Best regards

I agree with Mike the sharpness and colours are perfectly rendered here, whilst the dark backdrop and shallow dof allow a great canvas to display those glorious colours, and the falling fragment of food is the veritable "icing on the cake"

Sincere Compliments Grayham.

Hi Grayham

Another wonderful bird shot from you. Great dof and I love that you managed to capture the seed falling from it's beak!

Beautiful colour and sharpness, well done.

Kind regards

Louise
