sonneland 0 Posted October 2, 2011 Andrew, like the simplicity of this image. models skin tones are gorgeous against the black b/g. not quite sure why you have left her legs dark. also not so sure about your title, just can't find anything sad from models expression or body language. still very nice work here, well done! andrzejp 7 Posted October 2, 2011 Roger look close, she is almost crying. She was in pain but did not want to stop the shoot. She is a fantastic and dedicated model. I left her feet dark to place more accent on her face. Link to comment
sonneland 0 Posted October 3, 2011 Andrew, i stand corrected, model is very good at hiding her pain. have had a second and third look at the legs, understand what your trying to do here. but i think because the legs are the only part of her body that have been darkened the eye just sort of drifts to the legs, if for no other reason than it is a point of difference. for me at least the darkened legs has the opposite effect of what you intended. this is all of course just my opinion. i am fast becoming a fan of your work! Guest Guest Posted October 3, 2011 Indeed this model of your is very pretty and very competent, your lighting is superb and so the skin tone are of very original nature, the black back ground is a great choice here and it has well isolated the model pose and her eyes are so well connecting with the viewers. Thank you for sharing it and wishing you all of the best. Link to comment
