I think foreground elements are often useful in reflections that are pretty evenly split, and that is the case here.  One note:  if your goal is to make this as natural-looking as possible, reflections are always (although I'll remain open to the rare exception in unusual circumstances) darker than their source.  Sometimes they appear lighter in a photograph if a GND filter was used to cover just the upper half, and the same thing can happen if the upper half was processed differently than the lower half.  We use these filters or processing techniques to control the amount of light in the sky, but we have to be careful if a natural reflection is also one of the goals of the photograph.

A very nice shot. I always love a good reflection. The contrasting light and dark areas on the mountains almost seem fake if not for the fact that I am sure this was caused by shadows from the clouds.
