Excellent contrast.  The photograph is well composed.  Contrasts between advertising fantasy and reality have been done before.  This is more subtle than most.  I'm not going to delve into the meaning of this image here.  All that needs to be said is that it has achieved the single effect of a good unified photograph.

What I like in this one is the difference of everyday life vs. what the advertise is hinting about... the real life  with   the need to survive, and the  limelight of glamure and high society.Good timing with a saying.

The figures of the real world and the fantasy world of advertising are depicted so well and contrast to a delightful degree. A well thought out composition and great sharpness make it complete.

You've set up an interesting contrast between fantasy and reality. But here mundane reality certainly trumps the bizarrely fashionable world evoked by the poster. The plainly dressed young man looks down and points at something on the ground. I want to know what he's indicating. There's something happening here and I'm curious what it is. There's obviously more mystery in what's happening in front of the window than the carefully staged image behind.

Gunnar,  I keep coming back to this image, it really catches my eye.  The synergy between the two creates an effect that I really enjoy.
