Meir,in nearly every mosque now in my town there is one like this ,but with a little difference ,

first ,they are in Arabic,

second ,there are two clocks for sun rise and sun set .

third,there are other five clocks indicating the exact times of the Muslim's five prays of the day.

Will not surprised any more name of cousins if this clocks of yours is pertaining to the synagogue's time of praying.
