White-bellied Sea Eagle (3rd-4th plumage)

According to Terence Ang: "this bird should be 4th year or below. Browner hear further support this claim. The uppertail covert has lack of black subterminal band would rule this bird out of 5th plumage as well. Lack of black terminal band rule this eagle out of 1st and 2nd plumage. So now is between 3rd and 4th plumage. Sub adult 4th year usually show blackish uppertail tail covert and subterminal. Here in your photo is still lacking.""I would say this eagle from the first photo would be 3rd year at least or parhaps 3rd year advance but yet to obtain 4th fully 4th plumage. This plumage is also be placed as 3rd/4th plumage."
